We are recruiting PP Vendors to maintain vacant properties for banks with experience in the Property Preservation Industry. We also work on Rehab and renovations, as well as single-family rentals. States and Counties are mentioned below -
**All counties of Colorado, Kansas, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming & California
We pay on a weekly basis.
Regular Pay: Time frame is 10-14 days for a fully closed work order.
You must have the following-
• Valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number
As soon as you get the vendor packet completed, we can send you your PPW credentials and get you started.
We do the following types of work:
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial/Maid Services
- Trash Outs
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
