We are a property management company based out of Bridgeview, IL. We have been in business for two years and are now looking to expand to other markets in the mentioned states.

Till now we've been doing work in the Chicago and Peoria markets of Illinois. We have our own crews in this area, but since we are looking to expand, we would like to partner up with seasoned professionals in the occupied maintenance and property preservation sector.

Below are the county names for the states we are looking to recruit in -

CA - Fresno, Merced, Stanislaus, Santa Clara, Almeda, San Mateo, San Joaquin, Contra Costa, Solano, Sacramento, Yolo, Napa, Marin & Sutter.
AL - Montgomery, Jefferson, Elmore & Tuscaloosa.
NC - Edgecombe, New Hanover, Durham, Wake, Forsyth, Johnston, Cumberland, Davidson, Mecklenburg, Beaufort, Wilson, Harnett, Brunswick, Guilford and Rockingham.

We currently have work in the mentioned states that fall into the following categories -

- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Eviction
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trash Outs
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)

As of now, most of our work falls in the occupied maintenance category.

We use PPW for assigning purposes. All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number. Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1m but you don't need to provide this until you start getting regular work from us.

We pay weekly, mainly through direct deposit but if needed, we can make payment through card or Zelle.
