We are looking for preservation contractors/ handyman/ licensed technicians experienced with
rehab/repairs, home improvement projects and preservation tasks to maintain vacant / rental
properties.
150+ Active Projects all around Kansas City, MO ; St. Louis, MO ; Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA, Alexandria, VA ; Birmingham, AL, Huntsville, VA
Payment is every Friday. [Up-front pays upon discussion and scope of project]
Payment Method: Bank Transfer, Zelle, Cash app
Before Apply Please Read:
*Must maintain good communication
* Contractors must have willingness to take good photos with tape measurement for all the
damages and before, during and after photos of all work completion.
*Contractors call us from site when arrived at the property and before leaving the property.
*Scheduling visits with tenant/ pulling permits/ violation cure
