MaxCare is Looking for REO & Preservation Contractors, Tenant Occupied Maintenance, General Handymen & Field Service Vendors. We are urgently seeking experienced property preservation Vendors, General Contractors, and handymen, in the state of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. Additional approval is provided for OUT OF AREA and RUSH work orders.

We Pay within 5 business days Through ACH, Zelle, Credit card

What we require of each vendor:
• W9, Driving License
• Proof of current General Liability insurance
• Proof of current Workers' Compensation insurance (if not a sole proprietor)
• A background check and an ABC number from Aspen Grove (If Available)

We pay per job and the work includes, but is not limited to:

Jobs include:
- General Property Preservation Tasks
- Lock Change
- Snow removal
- Debris removal
- Drywall
- Painting
- Roof & Gutters
- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
- Lawn-care
- Repairs & Rehab

TENANT MAINTENANCE
We complete repairs and maintenance on tenant-occupied properties. We offer 24hr service 7 days a week and emergency service calls.

What we require of each vendor:
• W9, Driving License
• Proof of current General Liability insurance
• Proof of current Workers' Compensation insurance (if not a sole proprietor)
• A background check and an ABC number from Aspen Grove (If Available)
