BLM Companies, LLC has the subcontract for HUD Property Preservation/Maintenance in Michigan and Ohio. Independent Contractors are needed in the specific Counties listed to perform Inspections, Clean Outs, Debris Removal, Yard Maintenance and Snow Removal to ensure that each property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies to perform duties as Subcontractors set up with your own equipment, vehicle and business insurance. Some Training is available.
