We are Hiring qualified, experienced field vendors to join our property preservation and REO maintenance network. Immediate, consistent work volume is available for reliable crews capable of delivering high-quality results within established turnaround times.

Scope of Work
Property Inspections: Occupancy checks and visual assessments.
Grounds Maintenance: Initial property clean-ups and recurring lawn care.
Debris Removal: Trash-outs, hazard mitigation, and bulk removal.
Property Securing: Lock changes, lockbox installations, and boarding.
Winterization: System draining and seasonal property preparation.
General Maintenance: Minor structural and cosmetic property repairs.

Vendor Qualifications:
Experience: Background in property preservation or REO services preferred.
Technology: Proficiency with industry platforms (e.g., PPW).
Documentation: Ability to provide comprehensive photo evidence and reports.
Resources: Reliable transportation, specialized tools, and active crew support.
Efficiency: Proven track record of meeting strict operational deadlines.
