Occupancy Inspectors
National mortgage field services provider, has an immediate need for qualified property inspectors to complete field inspections. This is a part time sub-contractor position. You are required to do occupancy inspections for the mortgage company and are paid by the inspection. Some inspections you are required to make contact with homeowner, others inspections we are required to do interior inspections of the home.. This can be done Part time and is very flexible. You must have a good work ethic and be willing and able to follow directions. Time management is a must!
Typical work will consist of:
• Routing and managing a large volume of inspections.
• Performing visual inspections and taking the required photos.
• Documenting and reporting the general condition of the property/neighborhood.
• Ability to navigate easily within different computer applications and uploading information and photos within the specified due date.
