Position 1: Property Preservation Workers
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform essential property preservation tasks such as lock changes, winterizations, and grass cuts.
- Capture high-quality photos of completed work to ensure transparency and quality.
- Provide accurate damage estimates to assist in swift property management.
- Be proactive in identifying additional tasks while on-site, maximizing your earning potential.
- Meet deadlines and follow detailed task instructions meticulously.
What You’ll Need:
- General tools and cleaning supplies.
- Landscaping equipment to maintain property aesthetics.
- A reliable truck and trailer for transportation and equipment.
- Generator and air compressor for on-site tasks.
- Stock of HUD locks, lumber, tarps, RV antifreeze, and more to ensure readiness for any task.

Position 2: Residential and Commercial Inspectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess condition and compliance.
- Document findings with detailed reports and photographs to support property management decisions.
- Communicate effectively with property owners and management teams to provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and protocols to maintain our reputation for excellence.

- Coordinate and schedule inspections and preservation tasks to meet client needs.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Act as a liaison between field teams and management, facilitating clear communication and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
