We are a National Asset Management Firm, providing property preservation services in all 50 States including the US Territories.
We have immediate work orders available and are looking for vendors with experience in property preservation services to join our impressive network of field service professionals. Those deadline-driven services include, but are not limited to the following:
• Inspections
• Lock Changes & Resecuring
• Winterizations
• Lawn Care & Maintenance
• Plumbing Inspections & Repair
• Roofing Inspections & Repair
• Debris Removal
• Snow removal

You Must Meet the Following Requirements:
• Be able to submit to and pass a background check
• Must have a smart phone to download our proprietary software app
• Must be able to utilize email and communicate effectively and efficiently
• Must have locks to perform preservation work
• Must be able to bid on any/all damages
• Must be able to photograph and document work
• Must meet deadlines
• Must adhere to HUD guidelines
