Need for Spring thru Fall: Lawn mowing/trimming/ landscaping

Full Year Round Job!

● Maintain a designated number of lawns/landscaping as assigned within Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga and Rensselaer Counties each week/biweekly

●To do at each property:
Mow, trim all edges, spray weed killer where necessary, remove shrubbery or trim overgrowth if assigned.

Pay: Per property, based on size of property and if there are additional needs (trimming of trees/shrubbery, inspection added).
* Pay will be discussed during interview.

Minimim requirements:
* Experience with PPW or similar
* Own vehicle with valid drivers license and insurance (proof required)
* Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and push a mower/use lawn equipment for extended periods of time while taking clear, accurate photos.

During winter, snow shoveling/plowing is expected. Pay per property.
