Who We Are:
Patriot Holdings International is a leading provider of construction and maintenance services, serving clients nationwide in residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors. We manage our client's properties and expectations providing services such as plumbing, electric, HVAC, handyman, janitorial and other trade services. You, as the contractor, would be the one fulfilling these projects for our clients and those projects would be local opportunities from you.
What We Offer:
Steady Work: Enjoy at least 40-hour work weeks. We try to provide our contractors with as many work opportunities as they want to take.
Variety: Handle a diverse range of work orders in government & commercial facilities, as well as performing residential projects for tenants and homeowners.
Nationwide Opportunities: We have projects in all 50 states, with this we are able to provide you with local work orders and projects close to your residence so you do not have to travel far for work.
What You'll Do:
As a valued team member, you will:
Travel to service locations within a local radius of your home address.
Work in various trades, including handyman tasks, light electrical, light plumbing, and HVAC repair.
Prep scopes of work and budgets to complete repairs for our client portfolios.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in two or more of the following trades: Carpentry, Electrical Work, Flooring, General Handywork, HVAC, Installation, Lawncare/Landscaping, Masonry, Maintenance/Repair, Painting (Interior & Exterior), Plumbing, Windows/Doors.
Key Qualifications: Strong communication skills, self-motivation, own tools, reliable transportation, ability to pass background checks, valid driver's license, and must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: NET 15 compensation for completed work hours.
Scheduling: Flexible hours.
Reimbursement: Gas reimbursement after the probationary period.
Additional Expectations:
Reporting: Daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports.
Change Orders: Ability to submit change orders when necessary.
Cost Efficiency: Review project scopes with the Project Manager for cost-effective completion.
