Need property preservation contractors in OH,IN, KY (Weekly payment)

SB Field Services LLC are looking for preservation vendors as we have active work orders in field to assign you for meeting the following requirements:
Contractors who are applying to this post must have their own equipment, HUD locks,
Hud Lock Boxes, Tarps, Air Compressor, Anti-Freeze, Lawn Mowers, Lumber, etc.
For security clearance you must have an Aspen Grove Number (ABC number) with ICO1 status clearance from Aspen Grove
**Weekly payment
The Scope of work includes but not limited to:
- Lawn maintenance
- Repairs
- Re-key
- Evictions
- Conveyance Condition
- Inspections
- Meet & Greet
