SingleSource Property Solutions, a direct-to-bank, nationwide boutique provider of custom mortgage solutions based out of Pittsburgh, PA, is currently recruiting for property preservation services such as winterizations, lawn maintenance, lock changes and other services around different parts of Southern VA.
We pay competitive rates and remit twice per month! We utilize specific mobile applications to submit photos, depending on which service you’re interested in, and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about our process.
Minimum qualifications will be:
$1,000,000 aggregate coverage in general liability insurance
