š§ Responsibilities
Perform property inspections and document condition
Secure vacant properties (lock changes, board-ups, debris removal)
Conduct grass cuts and exterior maintenance
Submit clear before/during/after photos
Provide damage estimates when needed
Follow work order instructions and meet strict deadlines

Requirements
Experience in property preservation or residential repairs preferred
Strong knowledge of basic construction and maintenance
Ability to safely operate hand & power tools
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Smartphone for work order access & photo uploads
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
