Now Hiring: Property Preservation Contractors (1099 Independent Contractors)

We are currently expanding our network of dependable Property Preservation Contractors to service vacant, foreclosed, and residential properties. If you are an experienced handyman, property preservation company, or maintenance contractor looking for consistent work, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, with assignments offered on a per-work-order basis. Contractors who consistently deliver quality work can expect regular opportunities.

Typical Services Include
Lawn Maintenance: Grass cutting, edging, weed trimming, shrub maintenance, and general exterior cleanup.
Winterization Services: Protecting plumbing systems by draining water lines, shutting off water supplies, and preparing properties for freezing temperatures.
Lock Changes & Securing: Lock replacements, rekeying, lockbox installation, and securing vacant properties.
Property Cleanouts (Trash-Outs): Removal of debris, household contents, abandoned items, and other unwanted materials.
General Repairs: Interior and exterior handyman work including drywall repairs, painting, door and window repairs, and other maintenance tasks.
Roofing Services: Minor roof repairs, emergency tarping, and roof condition inspections.
Flooring Repairs: Repairing or replacing damaged flooring materials as needed.
Siding Repairs: Repairing or replacing damaged siding to restore the property's condition.

Additional work may be assigned based on client needs and the condition of each property.

Contractor Requirements
Your own truck or reliable vehicle
Your own tools and equipment needed to complete assigned work
Ability to travel to multiple job locations
Smartphone or tablet capable of taking clear, date-stamped photos before, during, and after the job
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background screening if requested by the client
