We are actively expanding our contractor team and seeking skilled, reliable, and professional property vendors who can handle a variety of preservation and maintenance tasks. If you take pride in your work and want steady assignments, we want to hear from you.

🔧 Services Needed (A–Z Coverage):

We work with foreclosure, REO, rental, and real estate clients—your tasks may include:

Lawn care, trimming, snow removal

Trash-out & debris removal

Lock changes, rekeying, board-ups

Winterization & de-winterization

Securing properties

Minor repairs: drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical

Hazard removal

Janitorial / maid service

Eviction assistance & occupancy verification

Code violation correction

Before/after photo documentation

Emergency response work when needed

📄 Requirements to Join:

To ensure quality and reliability, contractors must have:

General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Smartphone/tablet for high-quality photos

Basic tools & transportation

Ability to meet deadlines and follow client guidelines

Experience with PPW / Pruvan / EZ Inspections (preferred but not required)

Professional communication & accountability
