Are you skilled in property maintenance and preservation? Do you take pride in ensuring properties are well-cared for and maintained? We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Property Preservation and Maintenance Vendor to join our team in TX, FL, NC, SC, OH, IL

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of properties.
Type of jobs includes but not limited to Securing, Trash-out, Evictions.
Perform repairs, landscaping, and renovation tasks as needed.
Ensure all properties meet safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience in property preservation, maintenance or a related field.
Strong understanding of building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Having experience in PPW is an added advantage.
Having Licenses is an added advantage
