Services Needed:
1. Inspections & property reports
2. Lock changes & securing
3. Evictions & trashouts
4. Lawn care & landscaping
5. Winterizations
6. Maid & sales cleans
7. Boarding & securing
8. Roof tarping & minor repairs
9. Rehab & general maintenance
10. HUD interior/exterior cleanups

Licensed Contractors Also Welcome:
1. Roofing
2. Electrical
3. Plumbing
4. HVAC

Requirements:
1. Valid driver's license
2. Valid Aspen Grove ABC number
3. General liability insurance ($1M minimum)
4. Smartphone with camera & email
5. Reliable vehicle (truck/trailer preferred)
6. Own tools, equipment & supplies
