NOW HIRING: Property Preservation & REO Vendors (Carolinas)

We're seeking vendors for:

1. Property preservation (lawn maintenance, winterizations, debris removal, securing/boarding)
2. REO services (initial secures, lock changes, trashouts/cleanouts)
3. Inspections and property maintenance
4. General repairs and rehab work

What we're looking for:

1. Experience in property preservation or REO work preferred
2. Ability to meet client timelines and complete work orders promptly
3. Proper insurance coverage (General Liability; Workers' Comp as applicable)
4. Reliable communication and quality documentation (before/during/after photos)
5. Coverage in one or more counties across the Carolinas
