Property Preservation Vendors Wanted – Independent Contractors (1099)

We're seeking reliable, self-motivated Property Preservation Vendors to perform a range of maintenance and preservation work on vacant, foreclosed, and residential properties. This is a per-work-order contract position, ideal for seasoned contractors, handymen, or small preservation/maintenance businesses looking for consistent, ongoing work.
Common Work Order Categories:

1. Lawn Care & Landscaping – mowing, edging, trimming, brush/debris clearing, general yard upkeep
2. Winterization – draining plumbing lines, shutting off water supply, and preparing systems to prevent freeze damage
3. Lock Changes & Property Securing – rekeying, lock replacement, lockbox installation
4. Trash-Outs / Property Clean-Outs – removing debris, abandoned items, and trash from vacant homes
5. Minor Repairs (Interior & Exterior) – drywall patching, painting, door/window repair, and other general handyman tasks
6. Roofing – minor repairs, tarping, and condition assessments
7. Flooring – repair or replacement of damaged flooring
8. Siding – patching, repair, or replacement of damaged siding

Additional assignments may come up depending on property condition and client requirements.

What You'll Need:

- Reliable transportation and your own tools/equipment for assigned work
- Willingness to travel between property locations
- A smartphone or tablet capable of taking and submitting time-stamped photo documentation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check if required
