We are actively expanding our vendor network and looking for experienced Property Preservation / REO / Occupied Maintenance vendors to join our team across Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC.
š§ Work Includes:
- Grass Cuts / Lawn Maintenance/Trimming
- Trash Out / Debris Removal
- Eviction & Lockout
- Board-Up / Securing
- Winterization / De-Winterization
- Roof Tarp/ roof repair
- Hazard Claim/ EOB
- Repairs / Handyman Work
- Bids & Estimates
- Verify ICC
š Requirements:
- General Liability Insurance ($1M minimum)
- Valid ABC Number (Aspen Grove)
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow client guidelines
- MUST upload detailed photos before/after work
- Strong communication
