SSRN Property Maintenance Services LLC is currently seeking reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Property Preservation Vendors, Handymen, and Field Inspectors to join our growing network of independent contractors.
We service REO, vacant, and foreclosed properties, providing full-cycle preservation and maintenance support. We are looking for individuals who can perform high-quality work, follow instructions accurately, and complete assignments on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform property inspections and complete detailed field reports
Execute initial services including lock changes, rekeying, and securing properties
Carry out general maintenance such as lawn care, trash-outs, cleaning, and debris removal
Perform winterization, de-winterization, and basic plumbing shutdown services
Secure vacant properties (boarding windows/doors, safety hazard removal)
Respond to emergency work orders (e.g., leaks, break-ins, storm damage)
Take clear, timestamped before-and-after photos of all completed work
Maintain consistent communication with the coordination team regarding job updates

Requirements:
Prior experience in property preservation, handyman services, or field work preferred
Must have basic tools (drill, lock change kit, lawn equipment, etc.)
Smartphone or tablet with photo capability and internet access
Ability to follow instructions and work independently in the field
Strong time management and reliability
Must be able to pass background verification if required

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using property preservation platforms such as PPW, InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or similar systems
Familiarity with HUD/FHA or standard preservation guidelines
Ability to handle multiple work orders efficiently and professionally
