Ethreon LLC, a respected and growing name in the property preservation industry, is actively recruiting experienced Property Preservation Vendors across Oklahoma. If you're reliable, professional, and equipped to handle property preservation and maintenance, we want to work with you.

🔨 Scope of Work Includes:

Lock changes, rekey, and securing properties

Lawn care, tree trimming, and debris removal

Winterizations (as needed by region)

Maid services and janitorial cleaning

Minor repairs, board-ups, tarp and roof patching

Detailed photo documentation (before, during, and after)


🔧 Requirements:

Proven experience in property preservation

Own equipment: truck/trailer, lawn tools, generator, compressor, etc.

Smartphone or camera with GPS & timestamp capability

Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

Familiarity with PPW (Property Preservation Wizard)- (training available)

General Liability Insurance preferred
