Ethreon LLC, a respected and growing name in the property preservation industry, is actively recruiting experienced Property Preservation Vendors across the state of Texas. From Dallas to Houston, San Antonio to El Paso — if you're reliable, professional, and equipped to handle property preservation and maintenance, we want to work with you.

🔨 Scope of Work Includes:

Lock changes, rekey, and securing properties

Lawn care, tree trimming, and debris removal

Winterizations (as needed by region)

Maid services and janitorial cleaning

Minor repairs, board-ups, tarp and roof patching

Detailed photo documentation (before, during, and after)


🔧 Requirements:

Proven experience in property preservation

Own equipment: truck/trailer, lawn tools, generator, compressor, etc.

Smartphone or camera with GPS & timestamp capability

Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

Familiarity with PPW, Pruvan, or similar systems (training available)

General Liability Insurance preferred
