REO Mortgage Field Service Contractors and licensed Trades encouraged to apply (1099 position only) within all Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, California, and Oregon to perform full property renovations, repairs on occupied homes, and preventative maintenance on all aspects of REO/PPO/PFC/FHA work throughout the Pre-Foreclosure cycle into the REO cycle until the property is sold. Services needed are including but are not limited to - Property Maintenance Repairs, Renovations, Plumbing, Electrical, Windows, Roofs, HVAC, (Repairs and or replacement) in order to get the property in conveyance condition. Initial inspections, securing/rekeying, winterizations, lawn cuts (2x per month), snow removals (seasonal), trash outs, monthly maid services, evictions/CFRs, and monthly recurring inspections. Contractors that can take on large service areas are especially needed.
Must pass a background check through an industry-specific provider Aspen Grove.
