East West Maintenance LLC is a fast-growing property preservation company serving North & South Carolina, and we're actively expanding our trusted network of independent sub-contractors. If you take pride in quality work, meet deadlines, and know your way around a property—from lock changes to lawn care—you could be a great fit for our team.
✅ Responsibilities Include:
Securing vacant properties (boarding windows/doors, rekeying locks)
Winterizations (dry systems, wet systems, etc.)
Lock changes & knob installations (HUD key experience preferred)
Lawn care & debris removal
Trash-outs & janitorial cleaning
Basic home repairs and maintenance
Providing detailed before/after photo documentation
Meeting deadlines and following client instructions precisely

🔧 Requirements:
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Basic tools & equipment
Smartphone or camera with date-stamped photo capability
Strong work ethic & attention to detail
Experience in property preservation, maintenance, or construction preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites
