Sierra Map LLC | Independent Contractor Opportunities

Sierra Map LLC is expanding its vendor network and actively seeking reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented independent field contractors, property preservation vendors, and general handymen to perform foreclosure property maintenance, property preservation, and related field services throughout select Texas counties.

We are looking for qualified contractors who take pride in their workmanship, communicate professionally, meet deadlines, and can maintain and preserve vacant and foreclosed properties according to assigned work orders and client requirements.

🔨 SERVICES & WORK OPPORTUNITIES

Available assignments may include, but are not limited to:

1. Foreclosure property maintenance and preservation
2. Vacant and foreclosed property maintenance
3. Property securing, lock changes, and re-securing services
4. HUD-coded lock installation, removal, and replacement
5. Lawn maintenance, grass cuts, and yard cleanup
6. Debris removal, trash-outs, and property cleanouts
7. Interior and exterior repairs
8. General handyman services and minor repairs
9. Property inspections and condition reporting
10. Winterization and other preservation services
11. Initial services and recurring property maintenance
12. Property cleanup and other assigned field services

📍 TEXAS SERVICE AREAS — VENDORS NEEDED

We are actively recruiting vendors who can provide coverage in the following counties:

Houston & Surrounding Areas

- Harris County
- Fort Bend County
- Montgomery County

Central Texas

- Travis County
- Williamson County
- Bell County
- McLennan County

San Antonio & Surrounding Areas

- Bexar County
- Wilson County

Dallas–Fort Worth & Surrounding Areas

- Dallas County
- Tarrant County
- Denton County
- Parker County
- Wise County

Vendors may apply for one or multiple counties based on their service coverage and capabilities.

✅ VENDOR QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Interested contractors must:

1. Possess a valid driver's license.
2. Provide a completed IRS Form W-9.
3. Have experience in foreclosure property maintenance, property preservation, general handyman services, or related fieldwork.
4. Have reliable transportation and the appropriate tools and equipment for the services offered.
5. Complete assigned work orders within required deadlines.
6. Take clear before-and-after photographs and thoroughly document completed work.
7. Identify property damages and submit accurate bids for additional work when required.
8. Maintain professional communication and provide timely updates on assignments.
9. Follow work order instructions, client specifications, and applicable property preservation standards.

🔐 HUD-CODED LOCKS — IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

**Vendors must be familiar with HUD-coded locks and property securing procedures, or be willing to learn the applicable requirements and order the appropriate HUD-coded locks when needed.**

**Contractors should be prepared to obtain the correct locks and securing materials required for assigned properties and follow all applicable work order instructions.**

🧰 TOOLS & EQUIPMENT

Depending on the services offered, vendors should have suitable transportation, lawn care equipment, hauling tools, basic repair tools, property securing supplies, HUD-coded locks, and a smartphone capable of taking photographs and accessing work orders.
