Vendor Requirements
To join our vendor network, applicants should have:
• Valid General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum preferred)
• Experience working in occupied residential properties
• Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment
• Smartphone with the ability to upload photos and updates
• Ability to provide detailed estimates and repair recommendations
• Strong communication and scheduling skills
• Experience with Property Pres Wizard (PPW) is a plus
