ConstructAlly is expanding to South Carolina with current work available and is looking to expand our Pro Network with skilled professionals servicing areas in the Columbia, Lexington and Chapin areas! If you provide top-quality services and have experience working on properties for the REO, SFR and/or Property Management industry we have work available. We are seeking to add vendors in areas such as handyman work, general remodeling, debris removal, renovations, flooring, roofing, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, landscaping or other specialized services.

Who is ConstructAlly - We are a General Contractor that completes renovations, turns and repairs for around 30 different business clients consisting of Financial Institutions, Institutional Real Estate Investors and Property Management Companies. The work usually entails anything from a quick punchlist of items to repair at a property (i.e. clogged sink, door replacement, replace damaged downspout, paint a room, rehang a shelf, etc.) up to full rehabs (i.e. replacing drywall, electrical, plumbing, fixtures, painting, flooring, etc.) and everything in between. This current business in South Carolina offers sub-contracting opportunities now with a forecasted workload of 5-10 single family turns per month. Depending on your capabilities we can assign the entire scope of work for you to handle or split it up between different contractors to handle different items needed at the property.
