Our company is currently looking for Experienced Property Preservation contractors.
Requirements for receiving work:
General Liability Insurance/E&O Insurance
Aspen Grove Background Screening
Computer/Laptop, Cell Phone, and/or Digital Camera
Trailer for Debris/Trash Removals
Lawn/Snow Equipment
Generator/Air Compressor (Winterization Skills Are Necessary)
Other work requiring small tools will be necessary.
We are a full-scope preservation company. The work includes, but is not limited to Debris Removals, Window Boarding, Lock Changes, Winterizations, Snow removal, etc.
Our work orders follow different investor guidelines (HUD, FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae). All orders are issued with a 24-48 hour turnaround time. Each work order will require a full Property Condition Report, Bids, and Damages.
