We are seeking motivated and reliable independent contractors with hand on previous working experiences to join with us for property preservation work (only experienced individuals are requested to reach out).

- Landscaping/Overgrowth Removal
- Debris Removal

- Sales Clean/Maid Refresh
- Winterization/De-winterization
- Minor roof repair/tarp installation
- Minor plumbing repairs
- QC Inspections
- Occupancy Inspections
