Phazer Construction LLC is urgently hiring property preservation contractors for AL/FL/NC/SC
We have active work orders in field to assign you for meeting the following requirements:
Contractors who are applying to this post must have their own equipment, HUD locks,
Hud Lock Boxes, Tarps, Air Compressor, Anti-Freeze, Lawn Mowers, Lumber, etc.
For security clearance you must have an Aspen Grove Number (ABC number) with ICO1 status clearance from Aspen Grove
Your General Liability Insurance of $1mil is requested once you start receiving work from us after signing up
We have two payment terms:
1) Weekly payment (10-14 days time)
2) Quick pay (In 3 business days with transaction fee)
The Scope of work includes but not limited to:
- Lawn maintenance
- Repairs
- Re-key
- Evictions
- Conveyance Condition
- Inspections
- Meet & Greet
