Phazer Construction LLC is hiring Property Preservation Contractors who can complete jobs not limited to
Lawncare/Rehab/Maintenance/Debris Removal/Re-key and Evictions
Pennsylvania Counties:
Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Beaver, Monroe, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, Berks and Luzerne counties
We have active work in field to assign
We have two payment terms – Weekly (10-14 days) time OR Quickpay (3 business days of a properly closed
work order).
Work order types include but isn’t limited to:
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial/Maid Services
- Trash Outs Feedback
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
Contractors who are applying for this post must have their own equipment and supplies such as Bank Coded
Locks (Knob-locks, Deadbolts and Padlocks), Lock Boxes, Tarps, Anti-Freeze, Lawn Mowers, Lumber, etc.
Contractors must have an active valid Aspen Grove Number (ABC number) with ICO1 Clearance status
$1mil General Liability Insurance is required once you start receiving work from us after signing up
