We are seeking a reliable and experienced property preservation field crew in the Pittsburgh area and all over PA for ongoing work.
Requirements:
• Must have your own equipment, tools, and reliable transportation
• Strong knowledge of property preservation services, including:
• Routine maintenance
• Grass cuts and landscaping
• Winterizations
• Lock changes and securing
• Debris removal
• Initial services and occupancy checks
• Must have HUD-coded keys readily available
• Ability to meet photo and documentation requirements
• Must understand work order instructions and complete jobs according to client specifications
• Reliable communication and ability to meet due dates

We are looking for crews that are experienced in the property preservation industry and capable of handling work independently while maintaining quality standards.
