Preservation and Private Rehab crews NEEDED

Quality Preservation is looking for experienced Property Preservation, Rehab and Demo Contractors throughout the following states:
Michigan, Ohio & Florida

Payment Policy: WEEKLY!!

Contractors should be able to perform the following work but not limited to:

- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization per HUD specs.
- Drywall, Gutter,
- Janitorial/Maid Services
- Trash Outs
- Evictions

Potential Vendors must meet following requirements:

* Valid Aspen grove/ ABC# number.
* Copy of Driver’s License
* Covered with GL insurance - $1M
* PPW (Property Pres Wizard) web/ Mobile App
* Must be able to take details photograph per instruction.
