You already own the truck. You already own the tools. You already photograph everything before, during, and after, because REO taught you to. Here is the part nobody tells preservation vendors: that exact skill set is worth more in commercial facilities work than it is in REO, and the ticket sizes are not close.

We are opening our bench to property preservation and REO vendors who want to run the same trades on commercial sites.

It is the same work you are already doing. Our volume breaks down almost exactly like your existing crew's skill set:

Plumbing, roughly a third of everything we dispatch. Service and repair, repipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, sewer, backflow.
HVAC and refrigeration. Service calls, units, controls, walk in and reach in coolers, ice machines, beverage equipment.
Handyman and general repair. Doors and hardware, drywall, flooring, fixtures, the whole punch list.
Electrical. Lighting, ballasts and LED retrofits, dedicated circuits, panels, disconnects, exterior and parking area lighting.
Carpentry and small civil and construction scopes.

Nothing above requires a new trade. It requires driving to a commercial address instead of a vacant house.

What actually changes when you cross over.

No allowables. You are not pricing against a bank's fixed schedule that has not moved in a decade. Commercial work is quoted. You price the scope.
Bigger tickets. A lock change and a mow is not the comparison. Our work orders run from routine service calls up into five figures on capital scopes.
We pay trip charges. Including on quote and assessment visits. You do not drive out for free and hope the bid lands.
Repeat volume from the same locations. Four accounts drive the overwhelming majority of our dispatch, and those clients have stores everywhere. Cover a territory well and you get called again, not put back out to bid against twelve people.
Hourly and per project 1099 arrangements are both available. Tell us what works for your operation.
Your documentation habit becomes an advantage. Commercial clients run everything through portals with photo, check in, and check out requirements. Preservation vendors are already better at this than most commercial contractors. It is the single biggest reason we want you.
