Property Preservation Company looking for Handymen and or Contractors in Carteret County, Craven County, Cumberland County, Duplin County, Greene County, Hoke County, Jones County, Lenior County, Pitt County, Robeson County, Sampson County, Scottland County North Carolina to service Vacant properties with year-round maintenance needs such as: Securing, Lock Changes, Grass Cuts, Property Inspections, Snow Removal, Cleaning, Trash outs, Winterizations, General Property Repairs and Rehab, Evictions and more. Interested applicants must meet the following:
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must be able to use PPW
• Must be able to utilize email
• Must be able to bid any and all damages
• Must have your own reliable working vehicle(s) and equipment/tools to complete work (computer, smart phone, trailer, mower, ladder, etc.)
• Knowledge of industry picture requirements (before, during, and after’s of all work completed)
• Ability to work independently and follow strict due dates
• Must be organized, detail oriented , and reliable
