Preservation Contractors

Busy Preservation company now looking for dedicated and hard working preservation contractors. We are willing to teach contractors with construction or general contracting background. We have one of the best payouts in industry and can give high amounts of volume.
Work may include but is not limited to:
-Lock/padlock changes
-Board-ups
-Minor roof repairs
-Construction Bid Approvals
-Winterizations
-Flood damage remediation
-Mold remediation
-Lawn & shrub care
-Debris removal
-Tree removal
-Gutter cleaning
-Gutter repair
Various other maintenance work
-Snow removal
Requirements for our contractors are as follows:
-Experience highly preferred, but not necessary
-General Liability Insurance $1,000,000 coverage
-Workers Comp. Insurance in accordance to your state law
-Reliable vehicle (trucks and trailers preferred)
-Standard tools
-Ladder
-Generator & Compressor for winterizations
-Smartphone
-The ability to perform all necessary P&P tasks
-Handyman skills
