Preservation Contractors And Handymen Needed In VA ASAP

Property Preservation Company is currently seeking experienced Contractors in all counties of Virginia. Contractors must be able to perform all work needed and on a timely basis until property is sold. Must be able to pass a background check, with no major felonies and have both General Liability and Workman’s Compensation.
*Some prices may be negotiable*
Services needed are including but not limited to:
• Complete grass-cuts,
• Minor roof repairs,
• Trash-outs,
• Property condition inspections,
• Winterizations,
• Securing/lock changes,
• Board-ups,
• Minor plumbing
• Janitorial services
Must-Haves:
• The ability to complete orders on time with accurate photos
• Reliable work truck
• Lawn Care Equipment
• Auto, General Liability insurance and Workman’s Compensation
• Ability to upload pictures and reports through email and/or phone
