Preservation Contractors needed in CA and TX

We are looking to expand our team of dedicated contractors to perform quality preservation work in the states of California and Texas. Some areas we need immediate help in are:
Sacramento Ca
Los Angeles Ca
San Diego Ca
Santa Barbara Ca
El Centro Ca
San Luis Obispo Ca
Santa Maria Ca
Houston TX
San Antonio Tx
Beaumont Tx


This is a 1099 position and contractors must have the following:

-Trailer/Truck (Reliable transportation)
-Digital Camera/Smart Phone
-Computer with a reliable internet connection
-General Liability Insurance
-Great Communication
-Pass a background check
-Knowledge/experience of the preservation field
-Meet deadlines

Contractors must be able to complete the following order types:

-Occupancy Inspections
-Debris/Trash Removal
-Initial Secure (changing locks)
-Grass Cuts
-Winterization
-Boarding (doors, windows, etc.)
-Provide bids
-Cure violations/damages if needed
-Much More
