Preservation Contractors Wanted!

Swift Resolutions is looking to fill an opening for a property preservation contractor in the Midwest. This is an independent contractor position and will require a 1099 form to be completed.
The areas we are looking specifically are:
-Springfield,MO
-Columbia, MO
-Joplin, MO
-Scottsbluff, NE
-Grand Island, NE
The ideal candidate would have previous preservation experience, their own equipment to perform various tasks and repairs at the property, a smartphone, liability insurance, and ability to work independently while communicating effectively.
Approximately 1/3 of our work orders are outside of the standard allowables. They are bid approvals to complete things such as deck repairs, roof repairs, drywall repairs, overgrowth, etc. Due to this, knowledge of the construction industry and how to bid some of these items is needed.
On-Site Tasks would include the following:
- Major and Minor Repairs to interior and exterior of properties
-Year round lawn maintenance
- Winterizations
-Securing
-Debris Removal
-Janitorial services
In addition to this we require bids to be submitted as needed, regular management of assigned work orders, assigned training to be completed and ability to perform tasks within the allotted time frame. A general knowledge of computers is also recommended.
