We are a Property Preservation Company looking for suitable individuals to join our team maintaining vacant REO properties. You must have access to a smart phone in order to submit the work you have completed.
Primary work consists of the following:
Changing Locks
Occupancy inspections
Installing Lock Boxes
Grass Cuts
Shrub Trimming
Trash Outs
Debris Removal
Winterizations
Fence Repair
Roof Repair
Window Boarding’s
Basic Handyman Work
You will receive new work daily and must be able to get jobs completed within a specified time frame.
PRESERVATION EXPERIENCE A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
