Preservation Vendors needed throughout the State of Rhode Island

Large Preservation Company looking for Vendors throughout the state of Rhode Island in the following Counties:
Kent
Providence
Washington
As a Preservation Vendor with us, you will be assigned work orders within your territory for completion. These services include, but are not limited to the following:
Snow Removal
Board Ups
Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance
Safety Hazard Abatement
Minor Repairs (i.e. Gutter Repair & Replacement, Handrail Repair & Replacement, Window Re-glaze & Replacement)
Major Repairs (i.e. Discoloration Remediation, Siding Repair & Replacement, Full Demolition)
Eviction Services
Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps
Winterizations
Prepare Bids & Reports
Inspections
Etc.
We are looking to start Contractors ASAP due to an increase in work!
All Vendors will receive weekly payout for work completed. Increased workflow and territory increase available as well!
