Looking for Reliable handymen/ Property Maintenance Crews to do work available in your area.
Requirements:
Must have your own equipment and tools
Truck and Trailer
Be able to send and receive emails
Know how to use a smart phone and take/send photos
Having locks and lock boxes in inventory are a plus!!
Pass Aspen background check
Limited liability insurance
Typical work but not limited to:
Lawn Care (grass-cuts, weed-eating, blowing)
Cleanings
Winterizations
Debris removal
Roof tarps
Boarding windows
Lock changes
Various other maintenance work
