We’re expanding and looking for experienced vendors who can handle:
• Property Preservation, General maintenance, repairs, and rehab
• Occupied maintenance, Turns, Rehab, and Renovation (Must have a GC license)
• Specialized services from licensed contractors (roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC), pull out permits.

Requirements:
• Must be experienced, equipped, insured, have a smartphone, and Aspen Grove background check (ABC #).
