Evergreen is looking for reliable property preservation and handyman vendors in New Hampshire. We work with national preservation clients and have open work in several counties.

Counties with current work:
Cheshire (Hinsdale area), Rockingham (Kingston area), and Strafford (Farmington area). We are also building coverage across the rest of the state, so please tell us which counties you can cover.

Types of work we assign:

-Basic preservation and occupied maintenance
-Securing, lock work, and boarding
-Winterization
-Trash outs
-Recurring grass cuts and snow removal
-Minor property repairs, rehab, and roofing
-Janitorial and cleaning

You do not need to do everything on this list. Tell us which scopes you handle and we will match work to your experience.

What to expect:
Work orders come from national clients and have strict photo and documentation requirements. Incomplete orders get sent back, so careful, complete work matters. Payment is 14 to 20 business days after a work order is fully closed. Pricing follows our price sheet, which we will review with you before you accept any work.
