Evergreen is a regional property preservation company working with multiple national mortgage clients and realtors across several states. We’re expanding and looking for experienced vendors in IA who can handle:

• Full property preservation
• General maintenance, repairs, and rehab
• Occupied maintenance, Turns, and Renovation (Must have GC license)
• Specialized services from licensed contractors (roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)

What you’ll need:
• Preservation tools & cleaning supplies
• Landscaping equipment
• Truck & trailer
• Generator, air compressor, and standalone gauge

To ensure a seamless partnership, we require potential vendors to have an Aspen Grove ABC number (with IC01 status) and maintain a general liability insurance policy of $1 million.
