Property Preservation and Repair Vendors Needed Urgently
MK Repairs LLC hiring in AL, GA, IL, MA, NY, NC, OH, PA and SC, multiple states.

We are in need of property preservation and repair vendors in the States of AL, GA, IL, MA, NY, NC, OH, PA and SC.
Payment: Direct deposit/ACH - First payment will be released in 48 hours of successful completion of the work. After that, we have a regular payment schedule of 14 days.
Work orders can be assigned right away.
Work includes, but are not limited to:
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trash Outs
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number. Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1m.
We expect the vendors to have the following soft skills:
Strong attention to detail and Good communication and respect for due dates.
