We have ongoing projects and property preservation work in all of the listed States. Preferred Counties are below:

State Counties

KS Counties: Lake, Jay, Butler, Clay, Cowley, Harvey, Jackson, Johnson, Kingman, Leavenworth, Osage, Pottawatomie, Reno, Sedgwick, Stanton.

MN Counties: Washtenaw, Wayne, Anoka, Benton, Hennepin, Ramsey, Saint Louis, Stearns, Sherburne, Washington, Scott.

WA County: Pierce County.

TN Counties: Monroe and McMinn.

Vendor should be able to perform the following work but not limited to:

- P&P and REO work.
- Remodeling
- Rehabilitation
- Eviction
- Winterization
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Trash Out
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Roofing, Demolition, General Repairs
- Services that require license or certification.

Potential Vendors must meet the following requirements:

* Valid Aspen Grove/ ABC# number. (Must for PP/REO vendors)
* Certificate of General Liability Insurance.

Desired Skills:

* Familiar with PPW (Property Pres Wizard) web/ Mobile App
* Must be able to take details photographs per instruction.
* Ability to bid on all damages at the property.
* Quality work in a timely manner.
* Proper communication.
