Experienced Property Preservation contractors needed in multiple states: DE, CT, RI, MA, NH, ME, MD, NJ, NY and VT. Gryphon Group anticipates strong volume in these states beginning in the Spring. Gryphon Group, LLC is based in Massachusetts and has been providing Property Preservation services throughout the Northeast since 2007. We are seeking to onboard contractors that are familiar with investor guidelines for both pre-sale and REO properties. Must have at least one year experience completing Property Preservation services and be able to pass a background check, and have your own vehicles and equipment. This is a sub-contractor position.
